At JOANFERIBES OFICINA TÉCNICA, we have participated in the ESPAI JOVE project, overseeing the construction work for the renovation of an old reinforced concrete structure belonging to an unfinished building acquired by the city council. This space, intended for activities for the young people of the municipality, has been transformed with a cutting-edge design by TO DO hub d’arquitectura, combining functionality, innovation, and sustainability.
The greatest challenge has been adapting the existing structure to the technical requirements of current regulations and the proposed architectural design. We have improved the energy efficiency of the complex, integrating innovative solutions.
