JOANFE RIBES OFICINA TÉCNICA has overseen the execution of House in Las Rotas, a single-family home located in a privileged area of Denia, very close to the sea, designed by Burgos Ortí Arquitectos. This project has posed a significant technical and construction challenge, integrating a functional and habitable basement, ensuring natural lighting and effective waterproofing, given the proximity to the water table and the ground conditions. To achieve this, innovative solutions and high-quality materials were implemented, creating a bright, watertight space that is perfectly integrated into the overall design of the house.
The House in Las Rotas prioritizes energy efficiency, avant-garde design, and impeccable execution of details, combining sustainability and aesthetics. Systems and materials were used to optimize energy consumption, reducing environmental impact without compromising comfort or architectural style.
